介绍了酶在磨浆过程中的作用机理和效果。磨浆时使用酶可使纤维更好地分丝帚化,改善网部成形,生产高质量的纸张,同时还可降低电耗,减少干燥段的蒸汽消耗和改善纸浆的滤水性能。但是,使用酶有一定的局限性,会降低纸浆黏度。尽管目前已有工厂规模酶应用的报道,但尚需深入研究,以便更有效地利用酶和优化工艺参数。
The mechanism and effect of enzyme in refining process are introduced. The use of enzymes in refining allows the fibers to be better broom-bored, improves web formation and produces high-quality paper while also reducing electricity consumption, reducing steam consumption in the drying section and improving the drainage of the pulp. However, the use of enzymes has some limitations, will reduce the pulp viscosity. Although there are reports of plant-scale enzyme applications, further studies are needed to make more efficient use of enzymes and optimize process parameters.
