摆辗一横轧复合机双联齿轮坯料的加工,目前多采用胎模锻、模锻、平锻、楔横轧及斜轧等工艺,这些方法都各有利弊。为了克服上述单一工艺的缺点,西安重型机械研究所研制成功摆辗-横轧复合机加工双联齿轮坯料,效果较好。摆辗-横轧复合工艺原理如图1所示。三个轧辊和两个摆头构成了组合辊式模膛,带有孔型的三个轧辊呈120°布置,轧辊在旋转过程中同时对轧件沿径向进行压缩横轧出中间的轮毂部分。轧辊两侧有两个摆头,摇头摆动方向与轧件同时作反方向旋转,摆头在摆动过程中同
