In the aviation industry, high strength steels such as 30CrMnSiA and 30CrMnSiNi2A are widely used, and hydrogen embrittlement is frequently encountered. Therefore, how to measure the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of materials and processes quickly and easily has become an important issue. In recent years, foreign countries are more prevalent to test the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of high-strength steels under various conditions by using a ring specimen. Douglas has been listed as a method to check the hydrogen embrittlement of electroplating. Based on our own conditions, we check the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel with cadmium-plated titanium
