利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对水稻秧苗针叶期的酶粗提液进行酯酶同工酶(EST)电泳分析结果表明:天优122不但具备父母本互补酶带EST3、Est4,同时也具备父本酶带Est7及母本酶带Est11、Est12,F1与双亲的酯酶酶带强弱有差异;而培杂双七不但具备父母本互补酶带Est3、Est4,同时也具备父本酶带Est8、Est9、Est10、Est11和Est12,F1与双亲的酯酶酶带强弱也有差异,说明利用酯酶同工酶鉴定杂交稻品种天优122、培杂双七的种子纯度是可行的。
Esterase isoenzyme (EST) electrophoresis analysis of crude enzyme extracts from the coniferous stage of rice seedlings by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that Tianyou 122 not only possesses EST3 and Est4 complementary parents, but also possesses Esthers Est1, Est12, F1 of the parental enzyme Est1 and Est11, Est12, F1 have differences with the esterase enzyme strength of their parents, while Pelagic diphtheria not only has the Est3 and Est4 parents, but also has the parental enzyme band Est8, Est9, Est10, Est11, Est12, F1 and their parents also showed differences in the strength of the esterase bands, indicating that the use of esterase isozymes to identify the hybrid rice varieties Tianyou 122, Purpura seven seed purity is feasible.
