日前,国家安监总局、国家卫计委、人社部、全国总工会联合下发《关于做好防暑降温工作的通知》,强调要“加大防暑降温经费投入”、“依照有关规定向劳动者发放高温津贴”。高温天气下,劳动者享有哪些权利呢?早在2012年通过的《防暑降温措施管理办法》规定,日最高气温达到40℃以上,应当停止当日室外露天作业;日最高气温达到37℃以上、40℃以下时,用人单位全天安排劳动者室外露天作业时间累计不得超过6小时,且在气温最高时段3小时内不得安排室外露天作业;日最高气温达到35℃以上、37℃以下

As early as 2012, the Measures for the Administration of Measures for Prevention of Summer-supressing and Cooling Dispensing stipulated that day-high temperatures should reach above 40 ℃ and outdoor open-air operation on that day should be stopped; the daily maximum temperature should reach above 37 ℃ and 40 ℃ below, the employer arranges the laborer outdoor open-air operation time for a total of not more than 6 hours throughout the day, and in the highest temperature period of 3 hours shall not be arranged outdoor open-air operation; daily maximum temperature reaches 35 ℃ above 37 ℃
