冬季施工中采用氯盐降低冰点,以确保混凝土内部有液相存在,使混凝土能在负温条件下继续水化并增加强度,这已在五十年代就被确认为是冬施的重要措施之一,并得到普遍推广应用。但经过多年的实践证明,这种掺氯盐冷混凝土发生了不少钢筋锈蚀的质量事故,有的工程不得不加固处理,有的甚至推倒重建。究其原因,主要还是氯盐引起钢筋腐蚀所致。
Chlorine salt is used to reduce the freezing point in winter construction to ensure that there is a liquid phase inside the concrete, so that the concrete can continue to be hydrated and increase its strength under negative temperature conditions. This has been recognized as an important measure of winterization in the 1950s. First, it has been popularized and applied. However, after many years of practice, this kind of chlorine-doped salt cold concrete has caused a lot of quality accidents of corrosion of steel bars. Some projects have to be reinforced and some of them have even been demolished. The reason is mainly caused by the corrosion of rebar caused by chlorine salt.
