最近,我们对氯化钙在提高小麦抗旱性机理方面进行了研究。试验结果表明:钙处理可以提高细胞原生质的表观粘度及细胞基态渗透值并降低细胞膜的透性。同时,在水分胁迫条件下,钙处理能提高脯氨酸含量、光合速率和硝酸还原酶的活性。
Recently, we studied calcium chloride in improving the mechanism of drought resistance in wheat. The results showed that: calcium treatment can improve the apparent viscosity of cell protoplasts and cell basal state penetration and reduce cell membrane permeability. At the same time, under water stress, calcium treatment could increase proline content, photosynthetic rate and nitrate reductase activity.
