通过对当前基层体育后备人才培养模式的调查研究,列举了我国现行的五种体育人才培养模式,即:体育运动学校模式,试点学校自办模式,单项俱乐部模式,教体结合模式,校企合作模式,并分析了它们各自的优势和劣势,在此基础上,提出了分阶段、分层次、有重点地推进制度创新;走“体教结合”的竞技体育人才培养之路;建立适合运动员学习训练特点的管理模式;建立健全体育训练和文化学习的新机制;建立和完善体育人才的交流市场的对策和建议,以创新基层体育后备人才的培养模式。
Through the investigation and study of current training mode of grass-roots sports reserve personnel, we listed the current five kinds of training models of sports talents in our country, namely: sports school model, pilot school self-run model, single club model, combination of teaching model and school-enterprise cooperation Mode, and analyzed their own advantages and disadvantages, on this basis, put forward a phased, hierarchical and focused on promoting institutional innovation; walking “physical education combined with ” competitive sports talent training path; to establish a suitable Athletes learning and training characteristics of the management model; establish and improve the sports training and cultural learning of the new mechanism; establish and improve the sports talent exchange market countermeasures and suggestions to innovation grassroots sports reserve personnel training mode.
