目的:总结急救和空运批量重度烧伤患者的应急保障管理经验,为各种突发灾害时组织伤病员的急救和空运提供有益的参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年5月组织急救和空运严重烧伤的35名患者的管理经验。结果:全部患者均安全飞抵医院,经过1月余的救治,了全部患者“零死亡”的目标。结论:重度烧伤患者的早期处理和快速转运到有条件的大型医院是救治成功的关键。有效的急救和空运组织流程有利于患者救治;建立全国性伤病员空运组织管理机构、批量伤病员紧急空运机舱内部改装预案和早期医护人员常规心理测评及干预机制十分重要。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the emergency assurance management experience of patients with severe burn in batches of first aid and air transportation, and to provide useful reference for the emergency and air transportation of the wounded and sick in various sudden disasters. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital in May 2006 organization of emergency and air serious burn in 35 patients management experience. Results: All patients flew safely to the hospital. After more than one month of treatment, all patients had the goal of “zero death”. Conclusions: Early treatment and rapid transit of severely burned patients to qualified large hospitals are the key to successful treatment. Effective first aid and airway organization processes are beneficial to patients’ treatment. It is very important to set up a national organization of air transport organization and management of air traffic sickness patients, an internal modification plan of batch air sickness patients and routine psychological evaluation and intervention mechanisms of early-stage medical staffs.
