我们工程处是一个新成立起来的机构,技工很少,80%都是徒工。这些职工以前都只安装过小型电站。而在今年“五一”以前担负的一台大型机组安装工程中,与一个以前只干过民用建筑的土建单位合作,高速优质地完成了单机发电任务。在这一场夺电战斗中,我们深深体会到土建与安装必须紧密配合,互相协作。我们的作法是“四统一”:1.思想统一:在开工初期,有少数干部和职工,认为当“大包”(整个工程由我们扩大承包)增加了麻烦,土建向我们提出的要求多,协助解决困难少,埋怨的多,鼓励的少。这一不正常的思想苗头出现后,党委及时进行了批判教育,提出“支援土
Our Agency is a newly established organization with very few skilled workers and 80% are all apprentices. These workers had previously only installed small power stations. In the installation of a large-scale unit that was previously undertaken by this year’s May 1st, a single-unit power generation mission was completed in a high-speed and high-quality way in cooperation with a civil engineering unit that had previously only used civil buildings. In this battle of power grabbing, we deeply realized that civil engineering and installation must work closely together and cooperate with each other. Our approach is ”four unifications“: 1. There are many requirements to help solve the difficulties, complain more and encourage less. After the appearance of this abnormal thought, the party committee promptly conducted a critical education and proposed ”supportive soil."
