芦荟甙在01mol·L-1H2SO4底液中,出现一灵敏的示波极谱导数峰,峰电位为-075V(vsSCE),峰电流与芦荟甙浓度在20×10-7~60×10-6mol·L-1范围内成线性关系,用于芦荟原胶中芦荟甙的测定。用线性扫描和循环伏安法等手段研究体系的伏安行为,特别是吸附性。实验表明,该体系属具有吸附性的可逆过程。
A sensitive oscillographic derivative peak appeared in the bottom solution of Aloe vera in 01mol·L-1H2SO4. The peak potential was -075V (vsSCE), and the peak current and alum concentration were 20×10-7. A linear relationship between ~60×10-6 mol·L-1 is used for the determination of aloe vera in aloe vera gum. The voltammetric behavior of the system was studied by means of linear scanning and cyclic voltammetry, especially the adsorption. Experiments show that this system is an adsorbable reversible process.
