观察了加味八珍汤对环磷酰胺所致狗造血功能损伤的治疗作用。结果表明：本方能较明显的促进粒系、巨噬系集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ）、红系集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－Ｅ）和红系爆式集落形成单位（ＢＦＵ－Ｅ）产率的形成，与单纯环磷酰胺组比较，Ｐ＜０．００１；增殖骨髓有核细胞数；对混合集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－Ｍｉｘ）、巨核系集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－Ｍｅｇ）也有不同程度的刺激增生作用。结果还为气血虚证本质的研究提供依据。
Observed the effect of Jiageng Bazhen Decoction on cyclophosphamide-induced dog hematopoietic impairment. The results showed that this method could significantly promote the yield of granulocytes, macrophage colony forming units (CFU-GM), erythroid colony forming units (CFU-E) and erythroid blast colony forming units (BFU-E). The formation, compared with the simple cyclophosphamide group, P<0.001; proliferating bone marrow nucleated cell number; also have varying degrees of stimulation for mixed colony forming units (CFU-Mix), megakaryocyte colony forming units (CFU-Meg) Hyperplasia. The results also provide the basis for the study of the essence of blood deficiency syndrome.
