先天性外耳道闭锁并外耳道胆脂瘤及腮裂瘘管很少见。现报道 1例如下。患儿 ,男 ,3.5岁。自出生后即发现双耳廓偏小 ,无外耳道口 ,两个月前左耳后肿大 ,切开后排出大量脓液。以后左耳后经常流脓。于 1 999年 7月 7日以先天性外耳道闭锁并小耳畸形收治入院。专科检查 :双耳廓偏小
Congenital external auditory canal atresia and external auditory canal cholesteatoma and mumps fistula are rare. 1 case is reported below. Children, male, 3.5 years old. Since birth, the ear was found to be small, without external auditory meatus, and left ear swollen two months ago. A large amount of pus was removed after incision. After the left ear often pus. July 7, 1999 to congenital external auditory canal atresia and small ear malformation admitted to hospital. Specialist examination: double ear contour is small
