利用6个不育系和8个恢复系配制不完全双列杂交组合,采用基因型×环境互作下的加性-显性遗传模型,研究杂交粳稻谷粒性状的遗传特性。结果表明,粒长、粒宽、粒厚、长宽比、长厚比、宽厚比的加性及加性×环境互作效应均达极显著水平;粒长、长厚比、宽厚比的显性效应达极显著水平,粒宽的显性×环境互作效应达极显著水平,粒宽的遗传存在显著的显性×环境互作效应。遗传相关分析表明,粒长与粒宽的加性和加性×环境互作效应、与长宽比的加性和加性×环境互作效应呈极显著的正相关,粒长与粒厚的加性×环境互作效应、与宽厚比的显性效应呈极显著负相关。
The incomplete diallel cross combinations of 6 CMS lines and 8 restorer lines were used to study the inheritance of grain traits in hybrid japonica rice using additive-dominance genetic model under the interaction of genotype × environment.
