Not long ago, a local chemical industry bureau conducted a special survey on the brain drain of 17 chemical companies affiliated to a local government and found that the situation was rather harsh. In particular, the loss of new college students in recent years was shocking. According to statistics, among the 17 enterprises, the average loss rate of new college students in a year is 12%, the average loss rate in two years is 35%, and the loss rate in three years is 67%. The worst large-scale state-owned chemical enterprise has a total of 25 undergraduates in 2000. As a result, four people took the first year and another 12 took the second year. By the end of June 2002, 24 people had left, The next one is also the contact unit. So, why college students leave state-owned enterprises?
