测定银,用一般的分光光度法,灵敏度比较低,摩尔吸光系数为10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)数量级,仅个别测定方法,摩尔吸光系数可达1×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),其中有的方法尚须通过萃取步骤。目前,催化光度法,以其高灵敏度并兼有一般光度法操作简便的特点,而引人注目。关于催化光度法测定银,已有若干报道与评述,但是,基于α,α′-联吡啶作活化剂,过硫酸钾氧化三苯甲烷染料作指示反应的银(Ⅰ)催化体系,则研究得甚少。
