当前信息化技术的快速发展,使之在档案行业中得以广泛的应用。在长期我国的人事管理制度当中,人事档案都起着非常重要的角色,人事档案作为文件材料,是记载个人人生轨迹的重要资料,在个人的职业生涯中具有重要的参考作用。目前在市场经济体制下,人才流动性较大,传统的档案管理方式已越来越无法适应当前时代发展的需要,所以人事档案进行信息化建设将是历史发展的必然选择。现从人事档案信息化建设的意义入手,分析了当前人事档案信息化建设中存在的问题,并进一步对提高人事档案信息化建设的途径进行了具体的阐述。
The rapid development of the current information technology, so that it can be widely used in the file industry. In the long-term China’s personnel management system, the personnel files all play an important role. Personnel files, as documentary materials, are important data recording personal life trajectories and have an important reference role in personal career. At present, under the market economy system, the mobility of talents is large, and the traditional archives management methods have become increasingly unable to meet the needs of the development of the current era. Therefore, the construction of information archives of personnel files will be an inevitable choice for historical development. Beginning with the significance of information construction of personnel files, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current information construction of personnel files and further elaborates the ways to improve the information construction of personnel files.
