本文介绍了我国护卫舰首次装备的五叶侧斜桨研制过程。给出了桨模性征曲线、空泡、噪声、脉动压力到实船航速-功率曲线、脉动压力、振动、辐射噪声等广泛的试验资料,阐明如何解决实船发生桨叶随边局部变形问题和修改成适合于正倒车运行的侧斜桨叶外形,经实船高速运行和适航性试验证明桨叶有足够强度,为高速舰船大盘面比侧斜型定距桨的设计提供了宝贵经验。
This article introduces the development of the five-blade side inclined propeller which is the first equipment of our country’s frigate. A series of experimental data such as propeller model character curve, cavitation, noise, pulsating pressure to the actual ship speed-power curve, pulsating pressure, vibration and radiation noise are given to illustrate how to solve the problem of local deformation along with the blade of a real ship And modified to be suitable for backward reversing operation of the side slant blade shape, after the actual high-speed operation and seaworthiness test proved that the blade has enough strength, high-speed warships for the design of large-diameter side slash pitch paddle provides valuable experience.
