本文介绍了国产30万千瓦汽轮机调节级的演变情况,指出了该级存在的不足之处及其它国产机组调节级普遍存在的问题。在分析比较同类型机组尤其是引进机组调节级的基础上,归纳出调节级的设计特点,提出了把这种设计思想贯彻到国产调节级的改型设计上去的具体措施。在不影响各级的焓降分配,不改变总体尺寸的前提下,决定了采用的调节级改进方案。文中给出了改进后调节级在不同流量时的效率曲线和改进的调节级设计。
This paper introduces the evolution of the domestic 300 MW steam turbine regulation stage, points out the deficiencies existing at this stage and the problems commonly encountered in the regulation of other domestic units. Based on the analysis and comparison of the same type of units, especially the introduction of the unit regulation level, the design features of the regulation stage are summarized, and the concrete measures are put forward to implement this design idea to the retrofit design of the domestic regulation stage. Without affecting the enthalpy distribution at all levels, without changing the overall size of the premise, decided to use the adjustment level improvement program. In this paper, the efficiency curve of the improved control stage at different flow rates and the improved design of the control stage are given.
