对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢传统热处理工艺进行了改进,研究结果表明,对冷冲模具采用1000℃淬火+650℃×2h一次回火新工艺,可以代替原1225℃淬火+560℃×1h三次回火的常规热处理,且耐磨性和韧性均有明显提高。
The traditional heat treatment process of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel was improved. The results show that the quenching + 1000 ℃ × 2h primary tempering of the cold-stamping die can replace the conventional quenching of + 1250 ℃ + 1h tertiary tempering Heat treatment, and wear resistance and toughness have significantly improved.
