针对陕西省7条高速公路沥青混凝土路面交竣工的弯沉检测数据,利用SPSS统计软件对弯沉数据进行正态检验,并分析弯沉衰变幅度及其衰变值的分布区间。参照现行沥青混凝土路面运营初期弯沉指标的评价模型和分级方法,应用衰变模型公式,得到衰变模型系数,进而确定出陕西省不同气候分区的弯沉SSI(单位:0.01mm)衰变值的分级评价标准。结果表明:弯沉指标的交工-竣工数据呈现衰减趋势,陕南和陕北地区高速公路的弯沉衰变幅度较大,关中地区衰变较小;选取弯沉SSI的5%和95%值作为衰变分布区间,得到陕南、关中和陕北地区分别为(0.58,6.51)、(0.54,2.47)、(1.14,3.83)。通过工程实例分析,进一步说明所提出的衰变模型公式和分级评价标准可以较好地应用于弯沉衰变的评价中。
Aiming at the deflection detection data of asphalt concrete pavement of seven expressways in Shaanxi Province, the deflection data were tested by SPSS statistical software. The distribution range of deflection decay amplitude and decay value was also analyzed. With reference to the evaluation model and grading method of the initial deflection index of asphalt concrete pavement, the decay model coefficients were obtained by using the decay model formula to determine the grading evaluation of the declination value of deflection SSI (unit: 0.01mm) in different climatic zones in Shaanxi Province standard. The results show that the turn-over-completion data of the deflection indicators show a declining trend, and the declination declines of the expressways in southern Shaanxi and northern Shaanxi are larger and the decay of the Guanzhong area is smaller. The values of 5% and 95% of the deflection SSI are selected as the decay Distribution range, get the Shannan, Guanzhong and northern Shaanxi were (0.58,6.51), (0.54,2.47), (1.14,3.83). Through the engineering example analysis, it is further explained that the proposed decay model formula and the grading evaluation standard can be well applied to the evaluation of deflection.
