本课题研究的是关于淘宝刷单现象对于提升小微商家自主发展能力的研究。或许人们会有所疑惑,刷单,这种通过制造虚假订单从而获得真实流量和销量的行为,本身就属于商业欺诈的一种。其对电子商务市场的负面影响不亚于毒品,尽管可以榨取到可观的短期收益但却严重地毒害着整个市场的健康发展。在这里,我们可以提到犯罪心理学作为思路上的比较。犯罪心理学研究人们犯罪的行为、情绪、认知等,其研究目的并不是为了证明犯罪自身的合理性,而是为了证明犯罪成立的合理性。从而达到确认犯罪甚至预防犯罪的目的。本文沿用了这样一种研究思路。以淘宝刷单作为形式,而把小微电商的自主发展(所谓小微电商的自主发展是指在现行的经济环境下——包括平台管理和经济政策,小微电商能够通过自己的经营、管理、决策等方面提升店面曝光度和商品销售的发展能力)为内容研究。即从剖析刷单现象及其中的经济价值可以获得的对于小微电商自主发展能力的影响。并从中提取有益的内容来促进发展。我们的目的并不是对刷单的洗白,而是对刷单存在的价值分析。
