基因治疗是对付恶性肿瘤的有效手段。然而,缺乏高效和安全的基因输送载体限制了它在临床上的使用。制备药物输送载体是生物大分子非常重要的用途。超分子是生物大分子家族的重要成员,近来的研究发现基于环糊精构造的超分子能有效传送基因至癌细胞内,并实现高效转染。通过参阅近3年来的文献,作者概述了这类超分子作为基因载体的研究进展,显示这类新兴载体的应用价值和前景。
Gene therapy is an effective way to deal with malignant tumors. However, the lack of an efficient and safe gene delivery vehicle limits its clinical use. The preparation of drug delivery vehicles is a very important use of biological macromolecules. Supramolecules are important members of the biological macromolecular family. Recent studies have found that supramolecules based on cyclodextrins can effectively transmit genes into cancer cells and achieve efficient transfection. By reviewing the literature over the past three years, the authors outline the advances in the use of these supramolecules as genetic vectors, demonstrating the value and promise of such emerging vectors.
