为进一步办好工程机械行业的三份综合性技术刊物(《工程机械》、《国外工程机械》、《工程机械文摘》),促进行业进步与发展,出天津工程机械研究所举办的工程机械杂志通讯工作会议于1986年11月10～15日在江苏省南京市召开,到会的通讯员、译校员、文摘员共70人。会议传达了机械部科技期刊整顿工作会议有关文件的精神;介绍了工程机械行业“七五规划”的概要;杂志编辑部提出了关于改进出版工作的意见。代表们听取了“从履带推土机的发展看工程机械引进、消化、吸收和提高国产化比
In order to further improve the three comprehensive technical publications of the construction machinery industry (“Construction Machinery”, “Foreign Construction Machinery”, “Construction Machinery Abstracts”) and promote the progress and development of the industry, the Construction Machinery Magazine organized by the Tianjin Institute of Construction Machinery The communication work conference was held on November 10-15, 1986 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. There were 70 correspondents, translators, and abstracts attendees. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Machinery Technology Periodical reorganization meeting; introduced the outline of the “7th Five-Year Plan” of the construction machinery industry; the magazine editorial department put forward opinions on improving the publishing work. The delegates heard from the development of caterpillar bulldozers to see the introduction, digestion, absorption and improvement of localization of construction machinery.
