我们应用鱼肝油对61例心脑血管病及高脂血症病人进行了临床治疗,发现该药有明显降低血脂和血液粘度的作用。现报告如下: 资料和方法本研究共观察215例患者,其中61例的资料完整,可供分析使用。该61例患者随机分为二组。一组为鱼肝油治疗组,46例中男32例,女14例,年龄48～75岁,平均55.2岁。心绞痛和无症状性心肌缺血20例,(经临床和24小时动态心电图检查证实),陈旧性心叽梗塞7例(经临床和心电图证实),脑梗塞12例(其中8例经CT证实),脑动脉硬化7例(部分病人还做了脑血流量检查)。对照组15例中男13例,女2例。年龄49～71岁,平均57岁。心
