采用硬度计测试了高温高压处理前后Cu50W50合金的硬度,并借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜对高温高压处理前后的组织进行观察。探讨了高温高压处理对Cu50W50合金组织及硬度的影响。结果表明:高温高压处理能增大Cu50W50合金的致密性和内部的位错密度,提高其硬度,该合金经1GPa,900℃保温15min处理后的硬度为153HB,较熔渗态合金提高了29.66%,但压力在1~6 GPa,硬度变化不明显。
The hardness of Cu50W50 alloy before and after high temperature and high pressure treatment was tested by hardness tester. The microstructure of Cu50W50 alloy before and after high temperature and high pressure treatment was observed by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The effect of high temperature and high pressure on the microstructure and hardness of Cu50W50 alloy was discussed. The results show that the high temperature and high pressure treatment can increase the compactness and internal dislocation density of Cu50W50 alloy and increase its hardness. The hardness of the alloy treated by 1GPa and 900 ℃ for 15min is 153HB, which is 29.66% higher than that of infiltrated alloy. , But the pressure at 1 ~ 6 GPa, the hardness change is not obvious.
