以牛磺酸缩邻香草醛席夫碱(TMSSB)和2,2’-联吡啶(bipy)为配体,与氯化铜在水/乙腈体系中利用水溶液法,得到了配合物{[Cu(L)(bipy)Cl](1)·CH3CN}(1)(L=邻香草醛)。其结构经红外光谱和元素分析表征,X-单晶衍射表明:该配合物属三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,晶胞参数:a=8.990(2)?,b=10.000(3)?,c=10.584(3)?,a=80.495(3)°,β=84.448(4)°,γ=73.121(4)°,V=896.8(4)?3,Z=2,R1=0.0444,w R2=0.1324。在合成1的过程中,TMSSB配体水解为邻香草醛和牛磺酸。标题配合物的中心Cu(Ⅱ)与邻香草醛的醛基O、去质子的酚羟基O、bipy的两个N以及氯离子配位,形成五配位的四方锥构型。乙腈作为溶剂分子单独存在。化合物分子之间通过两种π-π堆积作用形成三维结构。
The complex of [Cu (Cu (superscript 2 +)] and Cu (superscript 2 +) was obtained by aqueous solution method using trisodium taurinate (TMSSB) (L) (bipy) Cl] (1) · CH 3 CN} (1) (L = ortho vanillin). Its structure was characterized by FTIR and elemental analysis. The X-ray diffraction showed that the complex belongs to the triclinic system with P-1 space group and the unit cell parameters are: a = 8.990 (2) ?, b = 10.000 (3), a = 80.495 (3) °, β = 84.448 (4) °, γ = 73.121 (4) ° and V = 896.8 (4) 0.0444, w R2 = 0.1324. During the synthesis of 1, the TMSSB ligand is hydrolyzed to vanillin and taurine. The Cu (Ⅱ) center of the title complex is coordinated with the aldehyde group O of vanillin, the phenolic hydroxyl group O of the proton, the two N of bipy and the chloride ion to form a pentagonal tetragonal conformation. Acetonitrile exists as a solvent molecule alone. The three-dimensional structure of the compound molecules is formed by two π-π stacking interactions.
