按照现行的机动卫勤分队检验专业携运行标准，在野外条件下运行还存在如下问题：设备过时或空缺，试剂无用或冗余，缺乏必需的耗材，缺少计算机和相关软件，微生物鉴定能力不足。作者等建议应装备适合即时检测的设备和试剂，仪器应小巧、干式、集成化、便携，耐恶劣环境，有校准功能，内置打印机和数据记忆，容易维修，且耗材通用。“,”According to the current carrying and operating standards for laboratory of mobile medical teams, the following problems exist under field conditions: outmodedness or vacancy of equipments, uselessness or redundancy of reagents, shortage of necessary suppliues, lack of computers and relevant softwares, insufficiency of ablity to identify micreorganisms. The authors suggest that equipments and reagents fit for point-of-care testing be provided. The instruments should be tiny, dry, integrated, portable, and adverse environment resisting with calibrating funtion, internally installed printer, data memory, and universally used supplies, and are easy to maintain.
