目的探讨多药耐药1基因在宫颈癌中表达及其临床意义。方法应用荧光定量PCR法检测42例宫颈癌组织及10例正常宫颈组织中多药耐药1基因mRNA的表达情况。结果宫颈癌组织中多药耐药基因1 mRNA表达(0.573±0.320)明显高于正常宫颈组织(0.186±0.099)(P<0.001);宫颈癌组织中多药耐药基因1 mRNA表达高中分化组(0.678±0.269)高于低分化组(0.383±0.325)(P<0.05),在其他临床病理相关因素上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多药耐药1基因在宫颈癌的原发性多药耐药中可能起重要作用,检测多药耐药1基因的表达情况对预测宫颈癌的化疗效果、协助临床选择化疗方案有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of multidrug resistance 1 gene in cervical cancer. Methods The mRNA expression of MDR1 in 42 cases of cervical cancer tissues and 10 cases of normal cervical tissues were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results The mRNA expression of multidrug resistance gene 1 (0.573 ± 0.320) in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues (0.186 ± 0.099) (P <0.001). The expression of multidrug resistance gene 1 mRNA in high and medium differentiated cervical cancer tissues (0.678 ± 0.269) were higher than those in the poorly differentiated group (0.383 ± 0.325) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in other clinicopathological factors (P> 0.05). Conclusions Multidrug resistance 1 gene may play an important role in the primary MDR of cervical cancer. Detecting the expression of multidrug resistance 1 gene may have some significance in predicting the chemotherapy effect of cervical cancer and assisting the clinical selection of chemotherapy regimens .
