左室特发性室性心动过速多表现为右束支传导阻滞伴电轴左偏,罕见右束支传导阻滞伴电轴右偏,其发生机制公认为是分支参与的折返。起源于左前分支的室性期前收缩(室性早搏)一般也为折返参与,导管消融可以消除这种室性早搏。本文报道1例左前分支起源室性早搏在消融过程中发生电轴
Left ventricular idiopathic ventricular tachycardia manifested as right bundle branch block with left axis deviation, rare right bundle branch block with right axis deviation, the mechanism is generally recognized as a branch involved in the reentry. Ventricular premature rupture (ventricular premature beats), which originate in the anterior left branch, is also commonly involved in reentry, and catheter ablation eliminates this premature ventricular contractions.
