基于有限元分析软件,采用数值模拟方法分析了Q345D低合金高强钢T型接头双面焊接残余应力和变形的分布。数值分析时,选择双椭球焊接热源模型,考虑了材料热物理性能与温度的非线性关系,以及相变潜热对温度场的影响,重点研究了焊缝及临近焊缝区域焊接残余应力和变形的分布特征,并进行了理论分析。研究结果可为同类素材的实际焊接提供理论借鉴。
Based on the finite element analysis software, numerical simulation method was used to analyze the distribution of residual stresses and deformations of double-side welding of Q345D low-alloy high-strength steel T-joints. In numerical analysis, the heat source model of double ellipsoidal welding is selected. The nonlinear relationship between the thermophysical properties of the material and the temperature and the influence of the latent heat of phase transformation on the temperature field are considered. The research results can provide theoretical reference for the actual welding of similar material.
