自1989年我院开展骨髓组织病理学检查,初步体会骨髓活检切片对判断造血细胞质与量的异常较骨髓穿刺涂片为佳,现将近两年运用骨髓活检对骨髓异常增生综合征(简称MDS)12例诊断体会报道如下。
