利用反相高效液相色谱建立鳗鲡血浆和肌肉中恩诺沙星(ENR)残留的测定方法。以甲醇-四丁基溴化铵(30:70,v/v)为流动相,流速1mL/min,恩诺沙星的荧光激发波长(Ex)280nm,荧光检测波长(Em)450nm进行分离检测,恩诺沙星溶液浓度在0.01-40.0μg/mL范围与色谱峰高呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993),最低检测限为0.005μg/mL,方法灵敏简便,实现了鳗鲡体内恩诺沙星残留的快速、准确测定与药代动力学研究。
Determination of Enrofloxacin (ENR) Residues in Plasma and Muscle of Anguilla japonica by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The mobile phase was methanol-tetrabutylammonium bromide (30:70, v / v) and the flow rate was 1 mL / min. The fluorescence excitation wavelength (Ex) of enrofloxacin was 280 nm and the fluorescence detection wavelength was 450 nm. The concentration of enrofloxacin in the range of 0.01-40.0μg / mL showed a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak height (r = 0.9993).
