非穿透性结构损伤会造成结构承载能力的下降,必须进行及时的修理。采用光固化树脂基复合材料为补片对损伤结构进行粘接修理,研究了基体树脂中环氧有机硅树脂的用量对粘接修理结构承载能力和耐湿热性能的影响。结果表明:环氧有机硅树脂的引入,可以有效地提高复合材料粘接修理的效果,当其用量为15%时,承载能力最佳。随着环氧有机硅树脂用量的增加,粘接修理结果的耐湿热性能逐渐提高。湿热老化后,补片层间剪切强度降低,拉伸破坏时,补片会出现层间破坏。
Damage to non-penetrating structures will result in a decrease in the carrying capacity of the structure and must be promptly repaired. The light curing resin matrix composite was used as the patch to repair the damaged structure. The effect of epoxy silicone resin content in the matrix resin on the bearing capacity and heat and moisture resistance of the adhesive repair structure was studied. The results show that the introduction of epoxy silicone resin can effectively improve the bonding effect of composite materials. When the content of epoxy resin is 15%, the bearing capacity is the best. As the amount of epoxy silicone resin increases, the wet and heat resistance of the adhesive repair results gradually increase. After damp-heat aging, the interlaminar shear strength of the patch is reduced, and when the extensor is damaged, the interlaminar tear of the patch may occur.
