目的评价天津市2011―2015年结核菌/艾滋病病毒(HIV)双重感染筛查工作的实施效果。方法收集天津市16个区县结核菌/HIV双重感染防治机构2011―2015年年度工作报表和《全国结核病信息管理系统》中的病例资料,应用SPSS 19.0软件进行数据统计和分析。结果2011―2015年天津市结核病患者HIV抗体年均筛查率为85.5%(13 439/15 717),抗体筛查率从2011年的68.5%上升到2015年的91.7%,呈现逐年上升趋势(P<0.01);在所有检测HIV抗体的结核病患者中,检出HIV抗体阳性33例,阳性检出率为0.25%。HIV感染者或AIDS患者结核病年均检查率为65.8%(6 265/9 522),结核病检查率从2011年的33.1%上升到2015年的91.8%,呈现逐年上升趋势(P<0.01);6 265例接受结核病检查的HIV感染者或AIDS患者中检出结核病患者83例,结核病检出率为1.3%。结论天津市2011―2015年结核菌/HIV双重感染筛查工作取得了一定的成效,今后应进一步完善该项工作,为双重感染患者及时提供抗结核和抗病毒(ART)治疗,有效降低双重感染患者的死亡率。
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of screening for tuberculosis / HIV in Tianjin from 2011 to 2015. Methods The data of 2011-2015 annual report on TB / HIV infection prevention and treatment in 16 districts and counties of Tianjin and case information in National Tuberculosis Information Management System were collected and analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results The annual screening rate of HIV antibody in tuberculosis patients was 85.5% (13 439/15 717) in 2011-2015. The antibody screening rate increased from 68.5% in 2011 to 91.7% in 2015, showing an increasing trend year by year P <0.01). Among all HIV-infected TB patients, 33 were positive for HIV antibody, with a positive rate of 0.25%. The average annual examination rate of tuberculosis in HIV-infected persons or AIDS patients was 65.8% (6 265/9 522). The rate of tuberculosis examination increased from 33.1% in 2011 to 91.8% in 2015, showing an upward trend year by year (P <0.01). 6 Totally 83 cases of tuberculosis were detected in 265 cases of HIV-infected persons or AIDS patients receiving tuberculosis test. The detection rate of tuberculosis was 1.3%. Conclusion The screening of TB / HIV dual infection in Tianjin in 2011-2015 has achieved some success. In the future, this work should be further perfected to provide anti-TB and anti-virus (ART) treatment to patients with dual infection in time and effectively reduce the risk of double infection Patient’s mortality rate.
