以Al(i-Bu)_2OPh为助催化剂,研究了C_2—C_(16)醇与WCl_6的反应产物WCl_4OR为催化剂合成1,2-聚丁二烯的活性。其中R为—C_(16)H_(21)者活性最高,—C_6H_(11)和—C_6H_(10)最低,但R对分子量分布影响较小。加料方式应为Bd+W(或Al)+Al(或W)。聚合温度低于30℃无催化活性;提高温度和单体浓度可增加催化活性,但温度增加,使[η]下降,分子量分布变宽,而提高单体浓度却使[η]上升。所得1,2-聚丁二烯中,1,2-链节含量在80%左右,其中全同立构含量达60%以上。
Al (i-Bu) _2OPh as cocatalyst, the reaction of C_2-C_ (16) alcohol and WCl_6 reaction product WCl_4OR as catalysts for the synthesis of 1,2-polybutadiene activity. Among them, R was the highest, while the lowest was C_6H_ (11) and -C_6H_ (10). However, R had little effect on the molecular weight distribution. The feeding method should be Bd + W (or Al) + Al (or W). The polymerization temperature is lower than 30 ℃ without catalytic activity. Increasing the temperature and monomer concentration can increase the catalytic activity. However, the increase of temperature leads to the decrease of [η] and the broadening of the molecular weight distribution, while the increase of monomer concentration leads to the increase of [η]. In the obtained 1,2-polybutadiene, the content of 1,2-linkages is about 80%, of which the content of isotactic is 60% or more.
