学校社会工作是社会工作的一个重要分支,开展学校社会工作,能有效帮助学生全面健康发展。中国的学校社会工作还处于初始阶段,而且受内地传统的教育体制和学校固有运作模式的影响,实际开展过程中面临着许多问题,其中,学校社会工作者的角色问题尤为突出。本文将以笔者自身的学校社会工作实习经历为基础,运用角色理论,浅探实习学校社会工作者的角色困境,并据此提出一些尝试性的改进对策。
School social work is an important branch of social work, carry out school social work, can effectively help students develop in an all-round and healthy manner. The social work in schools in China is still in its infancy. However, due to the influence of the traditional education system in the Mainland and the inherent mode of operation of the schools, many problems are faced in the process of actual implementation. Among them, the role of school social workers is particularly prominent. Based on my own experience in social work in schools, this article uses role theory to probe into the role predicament of social workers in internship schools and put forward some tentative measures for improvement.
