将钻柱在井眼中离散为多个集中质量,对钻柱弹性系统、运动状态、约束等进行简化,建立钻柱动力学方程,基于相似理论推导适用于钻柱简化的相似方法,建立钻柱相似模拟简化模型。以S95普通绳索取芯钻杆为例进行相似简化,通过有限元分析分别对钻柱原型和模型进行动力学分析,验证了该相似模型的正确性。设计制造了钻柱振动模拟实验装置,利用该装置对钻柱的振动进行模拟实验研究,钻柱在低转速条件下,在钻压作用下产生弯曲变形后在某一侧周期性的摆动。通过适当提高转速,对于钻孔防斜能够起到一定的作用。
