何帆最近在《中国经济时报》发表文章说,一只骆驼想钻进阿拉伯人的帐篷取暖,阿拉怕人拒绝让骆驼进来。骆驼就说:“能不能只让我把一只脚伸进来。”阿拉伯人想了想,就同意了。过了一会儿,骆驼说:“我这只脚已经暖和了,能不能让我把另外的脚也伸进来。”阿拉伯人又同意了。再过一会儿,骆驼说:“我的脚都暖和了,就是头还有点冷,能不能让我把头也伸进来。”最后的结果是:骆驼终于钻进了阿垃伯人的帐篷,把阿拉伯人赶到了帐篷外边。 早在1996年在新加坡举行的WTO部长级会议上,发达国家就曾经建议把投资、竞争和政府采购等议题纳入WTO
He Fan recently published an article in the China Economic Times saying that a camel wants to get into the Arabs’ tents for heating. Allah is afraid of refusing to allow the camels to come in. In a few moments, the camel said, “My feet are warm, my head is a bit cold, and I can not let in my head.” The end result is that the camels finally got into the tent of Abel, People rushed to the outside of the tent. As early as 1996 at the WTO ministerial meeting in Singapore, the developed countries had proposed the inclusion of issues such as investment, competition and government procurement in the WTO
