目前国内外对于机动车制动测试台的检定都是静态检定。在设备检定过程中发现,有不少制动试验台由于制造、组装,尤其是变速箱的齿轮、蜗轮、蜗杆的运动副精度等因素影响,左右制动台的机械传动系统传动阻力大小不等。这阻力对于采用压力传感器为测量装置的制动测试台的测试精度影响较大,静态检定满足不了使用要求。通过试验,我们总结了一个十分简单的制动测试台空载动态检定法,其方式如下:
