中长跑是一项工作时间较长的耐力性运动。为了使少年运动员的运动水平逐步提高,心肺生理功能得到正常发展和有所增强,因此,少年运动员的有氧耐力训练尤为重要, 心率是测定人体生理机能变化最为稳定的指标,也是衡量一个运动员处于运动状态中负荷情况的依据。从心率情况,可以看到人体处于有氧供能还是无氧供能。如何根据少年运动员心血管系统发育状态,给予运动员有氧耐力训练时最适宜心率,以便科学、合理地安排运动量,使其生理负荷处于有氧状态,并获得最大的摄氧量,继而提高有氧代谢的能力,是值得我们共同关心、探索的问题。
