近几年来,随着高校招生不断扩大,高等教育事业也随之发展迅速,各个高校所拥有并使用的固定资产规模也急剧扩大,导致高校固定资产管理难度也逐渐增大,尤其是校际间的调整,学校内部推行的财务、人事、后勤等改革的深化,对固定资产管理工作不断提出新的要求。但是,一直以来固定资产管理工作都是高校的一个薄弱环节,例如管理不规范,资产流失严重。本文主要论述高校固定资产管理存在的问题及其解决方案,以期改善高校固定资产的管理,促进高校又快又好的发展。
