本文从社会结构—自我评价的双重变迁角度看待传统读书人面对接济的心安理得的反应,以及当前大学生“诉贫心理伤害”问题。首先,传统读书人有家族支持,社会分化较小,主观以“劳心者”式精神贵族自居,凭嵌入德识的文化资本取得内在尊严感,这使其减免因接济所致的过分羞愧。其次,近代已还,农业社会逐渐让位于工商社会,价值观趋于理性化。农村家庭核心化,抗风险能力低于家族,农村读书人面临市场化的教育扩张、社会过度分化的边缘处境,教育功利化以至于人格教育弱化使读书人的自我尊严外在化,上述因素内外夹击造成诉贫伤害。最后,化解之道在于适度限制市场,促进职业教育,创造节俭校园消费环境及重塑精英意识等。
