目的:比较常规法和改良法制作的正畸托槽粘接力学性能测试标本的树脂耗材消耗和时间消耗情况。方法:常规法制作的口腔正畸托槽粘接力学测试牙标本为一段式。改良法测试牙标本为两段式,两段间由树脂鸠尾栓连接。观察两种方法制作的标本完成力学实验的效果,计算改良法和常规法制作标本对树脂材料的消耗量,操作中消耗的时间及劳动强度。结果:剪切实验中,常规法制作标本消耗树脂质量磨牙3.396±0.08 g,前磨牙3.035±0.07 g,改良法制作标本消耗树脂质量磨牙1.286±0.04 g,前磨牙1.252±0.04 g,,组间比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。拉伸实验中,常规法制作标本消耗树脂质量磨牙2.856±0.07 g,前磨牙2.500±0.02 g,改良法制作标本消耗树脂质量磨牙1.399±0.03 g,前磨牙1.481±0.06 g,组间比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。实验中装配标本消耗时间比较,常规法耗时28.53±1.76 s,改良法耗时4.76±0.843 s,组间比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:改良法制作的正畸托槽粘接力学性能测试牙标本省时,省力,节省耗材,可以降低实验成本,提高工作效率。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the consumption of resin consumables and the time consumption of orthodontic brackets with adhesive mechanical properties test specimens prepared by routine method and modified method. Methods: Oral orthodontic orthodontic brackets made by the conventional method were tested in a one-piece test. Improved method test tooth specimens for the two-stage, two sections by the resin dovetail bolt connection. Observe the effect of the mechanics experiment done by the two methods and calculate the consumption of the resin material by the modified method and the conventional method, the time consumed in the operation and the labor intensity. Results: In the shear experiment, the conventional method produced 3.396 ± 0.08 g of resin-quality molars and 3.035 ± 0.07 g of premolar teeth. The modified method produced 1.286 ± 0.04 g of resin-quality molars and 1.252 ± 0.04 g of premolar molars, Comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.001). In the tensile test, the conventional method produced 2.856 ± 0.07 g of resin-quality molars and 2.500 ± 0.02 g of pre-molars. The improved method produced 1.399 ± 0.03 g of resin-quality molars and 1.481 ± 0.06 g of premolar teeth. The differences among groups All were statistically significant (P <0.001). The time spent on assembling specimens in the experiment was 28.53 ± 1.76 s in the conventional method and 4.76 ± 0.843 s in the modified method. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001). Conclusion: The orthodontic brackets made by the improved method can improve the work efficiency by reducing the costs and saving the dental materials.
