通过试验研究具有代表性的方钢管、槽钢和H型钢三种不同截面形式对超薄型防火涂料的耐火性能的影响情况,并通过正交对比分析,得出在其他影响因素共同作用下截面形式在超薄型防火涂料耐火试验中的影响情况。试验结果表明:截面形式对于超薄型钢结构防火涂料的发泡性能影响最大,对其耐火极限影响仅次于涂层厚度。
The effects of three different cross-section forms of square steel pipe, channel steel and H-shaped steel on the fire resistance of ultra-thin fire retardant coatings were studied by means of experiments. By orthogonal comparison analysis, it was found that under the influence of other factors, Form of ultra-thin fire retardant test impact. The test results show that the cross-sectional form has the greatest influence on the foaming property of the ultra-thin steel fire-retardant coating, and has the second largest impact on the fire resistance of the coatings after the coating thickness.
