中国农药市场经营中个体经营户无疑已经成为农药经营的龙头老大。从业人员已达130余万人,年经营额占全国农药销售额的85%以上,主销区中3000万元/年以上的“巨无霸”大有人在,个体经营户代表了中国经营的未来。个体经营户绝大部分是由农资公司、农技三站转化而来和其它行业进入者三部分人组成。他们具有经营机制灵活、市场开拓能力强、网络健全、信息较好的优势,但同时也存在着整体素质不高、唯利是图、服务差、跨区窜货和低价倾销等诸多缺点。生产企业与个体经营户做生意需要选准、选对合作伙伴,要加强帐目、货物、价格、终端等方面的管理,要加强对个体户的培训。
