从去年全江政工会议以来,已经一年了。在这一年里,全江职工在党的英明领导下,高举总路线的红旗,通过反右倾、鼓干劲、开展增产节约运动,把技术革命和劳动红旗竞赛从一个高潮推向又一个高潮。以提前31天超额15％的辉煌成就完成了1959年生产计划;昂首阔步地跨进了1960年。这些成绩的取得,有力地促进了长江水利事业的发展,取得了1959年继续大跃进的伟大胜利。
It has been a year since last year’s Quanjiang Political Work Conference. In this year, under the wise leadership of the party, Quanjiang held high the red banner of the general line, and pushed the technological revolution and the red flag competition from one climax to another climax by counter-rightist, aggressive, and energy-saving. The 1959 production plan was completed with a remarkable 15% advance in 31 days in advance; striding into 1960 with great strides. These achievements have effectively promoted the development of the water conservancy project in the Yangtze River and achieved a great victory in the Great Leap Forward in 1959.
