我孤陋寡闻,直到最近才拜读了全国语文学习策略研究课题秘书处编制的2006—2007季度《语文学习策略研究课题实验研究指南》(以下简称《课题指南》)。此文前面有全国中语会关于实验研究学校的申报及评审的通知,以及一长串的课题组成员名单、学校申报初评联络人名单。从名字上看,都是大名鼎鼎的教授、专家、特级教师。因此,其权威性不容置疑。但我读了很多遍,深长思之,又感到甚为失望,不禁发生疑问:《课题指南》把读者指到哪里?我们不能不加以研究。
I was ignorant and only recently read the “Guideline for the Study of Language Learning Strategies Research Projects” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project Guide”) prepared by the Secretariat of the National Language Learning Strategy Research Task Force for the 2006-2007 quarter. This article is preceded by the National Chinese Language Council’s notice of the application for and review of the experimental research school, as well as a long list of members of the task force and a list of contacts for the school’s initial assessment. From the point of view of name, they are all famous professors, experts and special teachers. Therefore, its authority is indisputable. However, I read many times and thought deeply. I feel very disappointed. I can’t help but wonder: Where does the “Teaching Guide” point readers? We cannot but study it.
