介绍在Solid Edge环境下用范成法来构建渐开线齿轮的三维模型与齿轮生成的程序步骤;比较其它齿轮生成方法,指出该种方法的优越性。这种方法也可应用于其它类型齿轮、蜗轮、蜗杆等零件齿廓的生成。
This paper introduces the procedures of building 3D model and gear generation of involute gear with Fancheng method in Solid Edge environment. Compared with other gear generation methods, the advantages of this method are pointed out. This method can also be applied to the generation of tooth profiles of other types of gears, worm gears and worm gears.
