处在我省山乡小镇的尚嵇社办除尘器厂,对我们已不是陌生的了。在去年九月号的《人民文学》上,我们读到的报告文学《时代的弄潮儿》,就记的这家生产了达到国内先进水平的除尘器的小厂创业史。这篇报告文学引起了我省读者极大的兴趣。现在我们又读到了它的续篇《人,应当是大写的!》(《山花》1983年四月号),这同样是一篇值得我们一读的报告文学。一个白手起家的小厂,在两年多内竞创出了技术先进的名牌货,谁都想知道这奇迹是怎样出现的。在《时代的弄潮儿》里,作者给厂长邓小昌总结了两条经验:首先是党的政策给他长上了翅膀。其次是引进技术,培训了一批骨干。现在在续篇里应该说是加上了第三条:
